We provide exceptional treatment for orthopedic conditions from shoulder to hand and functional rehab from the comfort of your own home, on your schedule, with one-on-one care.  

 

We can treat in your home, outdoors, or in your home office, at the convenience of your schedule. We will work together to find an appropriate setting that is practical and comfortable, for example, many clients are comfortable seated at table. The therapist comes equipped with all necessary tools and equipment based on individual need.  

 

We treat a multitude of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to:

• Post-operative care including wound care for hand surgery

• Fractures, surgical fixation and conservative care

• Arthritis - osteo and rheumatoid

• CMC arthroplasty and joint replacements

• Carpal tunnel syndrome

• De Quervain's tendonitis

• Dupuytrens disease

• Fractures and dislocations of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand

• Lateral and medial epicondylitis

• Rotator cuff repair

• Rotator cuff tendonitis

• Tendon and/or ligament injuries

• Total shoulder replacement surgery

• Trigger finger

• Wound care - post operative dressing changes ​​​

Functional Rehabilitation is helpful for skills that may be lost or impaired as a result of a disease, injury or following surgery. The therapist will focus on treatment to enhance safety and mobility around the home and retraining for activities of daily living using assistive devices as needed for increased independence. We also use therapeutic exercise to build endurance and strength required for everyday tasks. Training for caregivers or family will be provided to reinforce and enhance the benefits of treatment.​​
